They maintenance guys where I work use a UTV to chase the geese of the pond in front of the corporate office. Works pretty well to. Do that a couple of days and the geese won't go back to that field for a while. Might give you chance at them in another field.

Coyote decoys. The baseball and soccer players at NIACC them them to keep the geese off the practice fields. You can deffinetly see when the decoys are out there... the field is missing about 3K of canadas.

Parking an empty truck can work pretty well. Out here farmers have tons of issues with geese in the berry fields. Seems like they have a pretty simple solution: they take grain bags which are white on one side (bright white) and black on the other, and cut a 2 foot by 2 foot piece. They staple one corner of this to a stick, and put one about every 10 yards on their fields. You never see geese in these fields.
