Default Browning vs Benelli

Are you Team Browning or Team Benelli? Who do you think makes the better shotgun Browning with the Maxus or Benelli with the Super Black Eagle 2 and Vinci? I think the Browning is an all around better gun. What do you guys think?

I watched the Browning Maxus video yesterday, and it looks sweet. Never held one though.

I shoot a Nova. Some days it shoots a little crooked. Other than that, I can't complain.

Again, it's what (who) is behind the gun more than the gun. Each brand has lemons.

Your right on that one, every brand does have its lemons just like automobile makers.

I have at least 1 of each major brand and they have good and bad points as stated, but if I had to pick my favorite and the one with the least "lemons"
Remington

Both are very reliable guns and you can't go wrong with either. The biggest factor is if the gun fits and is balanced for you. I've never shot a Browning auto but I shoot a SBE1, 870, Ruger Red Label, or Browning BPS equally well. The only brand of shot gun that I have used that I don't like is Mossberg and nothing will change my mind on them.

This is the reason I stick with Beretta's. It really pissed my dad off when I was 12 and would only shoot his 390. He bought me a Moss. 500, too short, couldn't shoot it... Rem. 11-87, didn't fit right, so thats why I've had an Extrema since they came out, it just feels right like a good pair of shoes. IMHO, fit and balance is everything. Both guns will kill what you shoot at if you don't abuse it. Good luck choosing.

I love my remington's, have a 870 and a 30-06 bolt action rifle. My semi-auto is a stoeger 2000. Haven't had any problems with that gun in the 4 years i have had it. Would love to have a Benneli M2 but can't afford a $1,300 gun.

I would get an Xtrema 2. I love mine. I am still not totally sold on the "kick off" system though. I have one with it, and one without. I prefer the one without it because it fits me better. I don't notice the kick when I have my late season clothes on anyways.
