Default Enclosed trailers

Who uses enclosed trailers. If you do how big of trailer to you use and how much gear do you haul in it? I am looking to get one, but do not know how big of one I need. I would like to be able to haul 1 quad, 20 Full body geese, 7 doz goose shells, a doz full body ducks, up to 3 layouts, possibly 1 final attack layout, and 7 doz floater ducks.

I have a 6x12 v nose with a side door and ramp door in the back. I haul 5 1/2dz. fb dakota honkers 5dz. fb mallards, 3 doz honker shells, 3 dz. silos and 4 blinds and still have room up front. In the spring I haul all of our snow goose decoys in it along with a 4 wheeler with no problem.

We use a 16 ft enclosed trailer. I bought a 16 feet by 7 foot high enclosed trailer with swing style doors instead of ramp doors. I have 4 doz full body's in it and 2 doz shells. With 3 doz full body mallards. I have 4 ground blinds in it and a wagon. There is room for a 4 wheeler if I wanted to add that. I have opinions on brands with pro's and con's as well. Some of the things we considered when going with the 16ft over a 12 or 14 foot trailer was as we expanded with more things that we might want or need to take. I didn't want to go with a cargo style rear door because they become very slick if feet or wet or muddy when they are aluminum or diamond plate even when you put traction tape down. The biggest down fall to the 16ft trailer is the weight of it when taking it into a field we have to consider how soft the field is.

You can easily fit that in a 6x12...easily.

I have a 5x8 that I can fit 5.5 doz fb canadas, 2 doz shells, 2 doz silos, 4 blinds, and 3 doz fb mallards. Its tight, but I would rather have it tight so the decoys don't have room to shift around and bang against each other.

We have a 6'x16' v front tandium enclosed trailer. We built a mini kitchen up front and have shelves down both sides for decoys. Right now we have 7 dozen big foot decoys, 10 dozen Goose shells 12 duck standing decoys and 6 layout blinds put together hanging form a rod accross the back. We have room to walk down the center of the trailer. Nothing is on the floor and nothing can fall off the shelves while driving down the road. We sprayed the inside floor and 4' high on the walls with a bed liner spray. We can hose it out if it gets muddy.
