I fold mine down, stick the peet dryer in them, then flip them over.

If I rip a hole in them, or exceed the high water limit... I'll first dump any excess water out and stuff full of newspapers a few times , then use a shop vac, hair dryer, or the peat.

I also have a peet dryer that has two folding heat elements that you just drop in the boot and plug them in... for trips.
