Default Lab shaking?

I have a 9 yr old female lab. The last 6 months to a year she seems to be shaking or quivering for no reason that I can see. Seems to be worse in the back end. Is it old age setting in or possibly something that can be fixed?

I was just at the vet a couple months ago and he didn't think much of it when I asked. He did let me know that she has cataracts starting up, wouldn't think the two would be connected. I was just curious if anyone out there had been up against something like this.

I have seen a few labs that have done similar things that have been diagnosed with anxiety problems. Maybe she is a little nervous with the loss of vision that she is beginning to experience. Take her to a different vet and get a second opinion.

Just what I need...a blind dog on prozac. I bet there is something to the vision loss and anxiety, going to have to check with a vet again. Thanks for the help.

We have a blind black lab. He makes a great house dog. But when the wife changes the front room around for the holidays it is hell on him.
