are you the guy I talked to on the east end of big marsh? I was driving the white 2500HD chevy
Big Marsh can be good but seems to be you have to hunt it about every day to hit a good day no matter what the weather. Granted this year was a bad year in general for Iowa we never had the right weather conditions and the birds we do get in to the area don't seem to stick around

I would like very much to get a hold of you next season to hunt late divers. Had a friend in Illinis take me to Fort Madison area few years ago and we limited out in less than an hour. I don't mind late season as I have the right gear to stay warm. My e-mail is sequoia2@wildblue.net and my name is Mike.

Hi I sorry we didn't hook up @ duck hunting. I'm still scouting Iowa for places to hunt. Thinking @ going to Rathbun lake this year and try to draw a blind site but long ways to go and Build a blind by myself should I get one. But would try it at least one time.

PHil said he told them i have never heard a Real Duck make them sounds and neither will I as I want to sound like a Duck when I go Duck huntin and if I made them fancy Hi-Ball sounds i wouldn't kill many ducks! So I (Phil) probably couldn't win a Duck calling contest either.Just thought I would share this with you.

I would like to get hold of you next year to try some waterfowl hunting. The 2010-2011 season We had just moved to the Farm Sept 2010 so i didn't hunt that season and we had Geese all over our fields here at the farm and the neighbors. Then I was hoping to see it again this year and never hand any in the area. Crazy migration path I guess.

Welcome. Don't be afraid to hunt the Cedar River. Just take it easy and learn the channels.
