New
This is my first year of hunting waterfowl, but it was a good start. I only got to go twice but ended up getting multiple ducks. The duck that i want to shoot the most is a redhead. I have only seen two and it was in a refuge in spring. I hunt wright county in rivers and on ponds.

Anyone can hunt mallards, but you have to be born a diver hunter. You have to really, really love to hunt ducks to deal with frozen outboards, rough water, and the hard work it takes to hunt divers. The worst thing about growing old is that people no longer find you dangerous.
