You will like the ICF, just make sure you have them install a Life Breath system. It continues to recycle old vs new air in and out of the house. You will reallyneed it with that type of construction since the house will be air tight. You can come look at mine if you want to. |

This guy knows his stuff and has a lot of videos on how to live/survive the way they did in the 18th and 19th centuries. Yes, he was on Dual Survival, DSC channel, but his family has had this business before the show. I am starting to work on the same kind of project. |
