Just what I need another freaking hobby.....
well bought myself a camera. Ended up getting a cannon T3i. I wanted to get a 70-300 mm lens within a week but the day after I ordered the camera I blew my snowmobile up
 ...... so now the lens is on the back burner for awhile. been trying to learn all this camera has to offer but have a long ways to go lol.

Glad to hear you made the switch to Digital SLR! The biggest thing I can recommend is that you learn to take photos on full Manual mode as quickly as you can. If you have questions, I would be glad to help.

I love my D-SLR. I got it in a package from Best Buy. The package price made the second lens and bag almost free.

Glad to hear we have another dslr owner on iawaterfowler. You will enjoy the new hobby but start saving $$$ now for more lenses and accessories.
It's like decoys, you can never have to many, lol.
