twin turbo chargers mounted on a direct injection motor. The motor is basically a diesel motor converted to gas. Same with ford's 4 cylinder twin turbo direct injection motor found in the SUV's and cars.

All that means is tons of torque and torque equals towing power.

Crazy it's putting out so much torque at such a low RPM. Turbo lag is a thing of the past?

with a single turbo you still have some lag, but when you have compound turbo chargers they spool up very fast and put the power to the ground.

Do the turbos share oil with the engine? That would be a deal breaker for me.

Driving my lovely vehicle into the ground and the day it dies I think I'm gonna go pick up an ecoboost. I'm really going to miss my current rig but it'll make the end less painful if I can go pick up something like this.

Now I just have to decide whether I want black or not.

I'm looking at a blue flame metallic one right now. If Woodhouse can shoot me a low enough payment I'll go pick it up in the next couple months.
