H.F. 2167 Section 1. Section 484A.1, subsection 2, Code 2011, is 1 amended to read as follows: 2 2. “Migratory game bird” means any wild goose, brant, wild 3 duck, snipe, rail, woodcock, mourning dove, or coot. 4 EXPLANATION 5 This bill requires a person to pay the migratory game bird 6 fee of $8 before hunting mourning doves. A violation of this 7 provision is punishable by a scheduled fine of $10. 8 -1- LSB 5736HH (2) 84 av/nh 1/ 1

( Yes this is exempt of those under the age of 16)

This is a Good Bill for our Habitat and Management needs that are required to generate good quality habitat Food Plots for Dove Hunting on our state lands. )

Really? A F---ing $10 fine for not having one. That's no deterrent. Make it a $250 fine. There's no excuse for not having it if it's required. I hope they get this passed.

Well, call your Representative up and tell him to support it, then call your senator up and tell him to support it, then call or e mail Hall and tell him you support it.
